Joining us a decade ago in a junior role, Tom has steadily progressed through the organisation, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike through his professionalism, drive, and unwavering attention to detail. In 2019, he was appointed Branch Manager of our Selby office, where his leadership proved transformative. Under his guidance, the branch achieved record-breaking performance, consistently delivering exceptional results while upholding the highest standards of service.
