We offer a complete management service, or ‘let only’ should you want to manage the day to day running yourself.

Our professional management services include:

  • An authoritative valuation of your property’s rental value.
  • Matching a suitable tenant to your property with the help of our highly effective marketing activities, including advertising, showroom display and internet presence on the leading letting websites.
  • Carrying out thorough reference checking, including employers and landlords if possible.
  • Credit and fraud checking.
  • Deposit registration with The Dispute Service scheme.
  • Collecting rent – you will receive monthly statements and payment by BACS.
  • Dealing with tenants’ queries and questions.
  • Organising repairs and annual maintenance of gas appliances via our own pool of fast and reliable maintenance personnel.

Landlord Fees

Our fee structure is straightforward with no “hidden extras”

Let Only

60% of a month’s rent including VAT. Minimum fee of £594 (inc VAT).

Managed

£360 per Letting + 14.4% of rent (including VAT).

Our fees also include internet advertising – Rightmove & OnTheMarket.
