Sam Oldroyd – Sales Manager, York Office

Stepping into the role of Sales Manager at our York office, Sam Oldroyd will now lead and oversee all aspects of residential sales. Sam has consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of the local market, combined with a results-driven approach and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.

In his new position, Sam will be responsible for guiding the sales team, driving performance, and ensuring that every client receives a seamless and professional experience from instruction through to completion. Wayne Illingworth – Senior Valuation Consultant, York & Haxby

Wayne Illingworth takes on the role of Senior Valuation Consultant, covering both our York and Haxby branches. With a wealth of experience and an exceptional track record in property valuations, Wayne has become a trusted advisor to clients seeking accurate, insightful, and strategic guidance.

In this expanded role, Wayne will focus on delivering high-quality market appraisals, supporting both branches with his in-depth knowledge of local property trends, and helping clients make informed decisions when bringing their homes to market. His professionalism and client-focused approach have been instrumental in his success to date, and this promotion is a testament to his expertise.

Emma Pritchett – Sales Manager, Haxby Branch

Emma Pritchett steps into the position of Sales Manager at our Haxby branch, where she will play a key role in driving sales performance and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Emma has consistently gone above and beyond in her role, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Her ability to combine excellent customer service with a proactive and organised approach has made her an invaluable member of the team. As Sales Manager, Emma will lead the Haxby sales operation, ensuring a smooth and successful journey for every client while continuing to grow the branch’s presence within the local community.
