Maddie Saltmer – Sales Consultant, Boroughbridge

Maddie joins our Boroughbridge office with experience gained across several local estate agencies. Having grown up in the area and continuing to live locally, she brings an excellent understanding of the local property market and the communities we serve.

Her approachable nature and determination to deliver a high standard of customer service make her a welcome addition to the team. Whether helping buyers find their next home or supporting sellers through the marketing and sale of their property, Maddie is committed to making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

With local knowledge and a willingness to help, she is on hand to offer practical advice, answer questions and provide reassurance at every stage.

Alex Forster – Sales & Valuation Consultant, York & Haxby

Alex joins our York and Haxby teams with a varied background spanning lettings, residential sales, property management and valuations. Having started his property career shortly after the pandemic, he has developed a rounded understanding of the moving process and the different needs of property owners and buyers.

Working alongside colleagues across both offices, Alex will assist clients with their buying and selling plans, from initial valuation advice through to supporting their move. His friendly, professional approach centres on clear communication and helping clients feel informed and confident about their next steps.
