Each applicant over 18 must complete the referencing forms and provide proof of residency at the current address, for example a current Drivers Licence, Council Tax Bill or Utility Bill dated within the last three months (water, electricity, gas or landline phone).
A tenant`s gross monthly income must be at least 2 1/2 x the monthly rent and the tenant must have been permanently employed in the UK for the previous six months. If these requirements are not met an increased deposit, guarantor or six months rent in advance may be required.
The applicants are responsible for the cost of the processing of the references at the following costs:- £50.00 per applicant and £25.00 for Guarantor Reference where necessary.
